Community Pathway
Pathways works with organisations and communities from across Australia, in urban, rural and remote communities. Using a place-based approach, the Pathways team creates impact through training, engaging in reflective practices and mentoring with the workforce. The place-based approach partners with organisations to co-create a vision for children’s wellbeing that is tailored to the local context.
Voice of Children Project
The Cap on Kids Children’s Voice Project was undertaken by Pathways to Resilience on behalf of The Smith Family Capricorn Communities for Children. The project was to prepare for the next phase of Communities for Children by bringing children more fully into the community engagement and place- making processes. This project demonstrates how meaningful engagement with children can positively contribute to place-making whilst simultaneously advocating for the rights of children.
