“Last Thursday’s visit from Debbie was great. She’s just so supportive I was very encouraged as I’m a little overwhelmed by the end of semester
(finalising the fun friends program and getting a heap of reports written)
Anyway I’ve been meaning to record my obs re the little prep girl I mentioned sorry it hasn’t been done sooner. (The) teacher/aide and my obs have been that from a tiny little shy scared nervous child we’ve all compared notes re her blossoming and increased confidence in speaking to me and the class has been wonderful.
She has the most beautiful smile that has shone over the last month. She has been very comfortable to show it more and has thrived on the positive attention.
I just adore the greatness of this program in young children’s lives Giving them skills to hold onto. It’s a privilege to be part of everything that has progressed so far at our school.

I am really enjoying delivering this with the grade 2 class. They are very responsive. The principal approached me this week to say that she has had a couple of parents say to her that they are impressed with what is happening (and we have only been running it for 2 weeks) So that is very reassuring.
