
Glen Smith is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Tlou Energy Pty Ltd. working in the oil and gas exploration industry with over 25 years of experience both nationally and internationally. For the past 10 years, Glen has fulfilled various senior management roles in both listed and private companies. This experience has developed a sound financial and technical background. Beyond his work with the Pathways to Resilience Trust, Glen is also a volunteer with the Make-a-Wish Foundation (Brisbane South Branch) participating in wishes for children with life threatening illnesses.
Eugene Esmonde is Managing Director of the Sharpe Group of Company’s, a family group involved in Retailing, Property and Share Investment in Queensland. Eugene has had over 30 years experience in the Hardware Retail Industry and was a State and National Director of the Mitre 10 Group for over 25 years. Within the industry his interest and focus has been on Finance, Administration and training. Eugene was a member of Rotary for 15 years and has been a volunteer for the Smith Family Charity.
Peter Flynn is the Chairman if KenLynn Properties Australia Pty Ltd. Having been a property developer both in Brisbane and interstate, he has had many and varied business interests and major share holdings of public companies. He is currently involved in the hospitality industry with a portfolio of hotels including the Novotel Brisbane Airport. Up until very recently, Peter Flynn was Vice Chairman of the school board at St Joseph’s College Gregory Terrace together with being on the board of the Mackillop Foundation and many other catholic charities. He has had a long time interest in the mental health of adolescences and has formed his own public charity to assist these vulnerable children.
